Our 450 nm diode laser is our basic tool in photothermal processing of block copolymers. Total power of 6W is sufficient to effectively process samples on substrates such as glass coated with germanium thin layer. This kind of setup can be used in Laser Zone Anneling method, which provides long range ordering of block copolymer thin films.
